We got so much out of Relationship Essentials Workshop with Angus and Rohini we decided to host one! What stood out for us when we attended was the importance of goodwill in a relationship. Prioritizing goodwill has had a profound impact on our marriage. We recognize when we are in wellbeing, we have goodwill to share with each other, but we also see it is not a problem if one of us is not in a good mood because we know the mood will eventually pass. This allows us to have less tension in our relationship because we both recognize we each have innate wellbeing that we will always come back to. Trusting this frees us from entertaining negative thoughts, and when we do not give these thoughts our attention, they quickly dissolve and are naturally replaced with thoughts of understanding and loving-kindness. We are so grateful to have this understanding in our lives!

Working with Angus and Rohini was a game-changer for us. It was the breath of fresh air we needed to have a fresh start in our relationship. After struggling for years to find ways to “make thins work”, we are confident now in our ability to have warm feelings for each other, to feel close to one another, and to work together to create our life. What once seemed impossible and like an endless struggle now feels filled with possibility.

Simply put, Angus and Rohini are a dynamic duo! As coaches and mentors, they have guided me to the greatest gift I could ever hope for—a deep understanding that my natural state is wellbeing and goodness. It’s astounding to see how this has impacted all areas of my life, especially in my personal and professional relationships. With this understanding, I am now more confident, at ease, and loving with my wife. Conflicts are no longer a problem.

Rohini has been an amazing resource to support me in understanding more deeply the impact of my state of mind on my relationship, and how I can use this understanding to experience less conflict and more wellbeing in my marriage. She shares a practical understanding that has taught me an invaluable life skill – the ability to find peace, centeredness, and self-love even in the most trying of times.

Rohini and Angus – you guys are amazing! You’ve really helped us understand how to bring out the best in each other rather than the worst, which is what we were doing. We noticed such a remarkable change in our relationship after just the first session, and then a continued improvement after each session. It’s incredible how easy being in a relationship can be once we learned about the Principles. We would never have imagined that talking about all our relationship “problems” would be so much fun. Both of you are so warm and funny. You made us feel so comfortable. Our sessions felt like we were chatting with our best friends over dinner. We looked forward to every session and could have easily kept chatting beyond our time – that’s how comfortable and fun you made it for us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you both so much for bringing us closer together.
